The Fixer is a cunning and influential corrupt official who operates from the shadows. Your confrontation with him will be less about direct combat and more about navigating a trap-filled environment and outsmarting his security detail.

Phase 1: Infiltration

• Objective: Infiltrate The Fixer's penthouse office without raising the alarm.
• Strategy: This phase is heavily stealth-oriented. Use your silenced pistol for silent takedowns. Observe patrol routes of guards. Look for ventilation shafts or alternative entry points. The 'Enhanced Perception' skill is invaluable here for spotting laser grids and security cameras. If you're detected, you'll face a full-on assault, making the mission significantly harder.
• Weakness: Stealth, environmental hazards (e.g., disabling security systems).

Phase 2: Data Retrieval

• Objective: Access The Fixer's computer and download incriminating data.
• Strategy: Once inside the office, you'll need to interact with a computer terminal. This will trigger a timed sequence where you must defend your position against waves of security guards while the data downloads. Set up defensive positions using cover. Deploy spike strips at entry points if available. Use flashbangs to buy time.
• Weakness: Standard combat tactics, but focus on survival and protecting the terminal.

Phase 3: The Fixer's Escape & Pursuit
