- 5St. Ursula Medical College: For the final book, take Noel's tank to St. Ursula Medical College. Head into the Inn and speak with Resident Flora, who's sitting by herself at the back. After she tells you where she left it, make your way to the main hospital building. Head up to the roof, go right, and examine the door to enter the Reference Room. Once inside, go down the middle aisle and check the bookshelves on your right. You'll find The Best Way to Use 5 Minutes.
With all three books finally in hand, return to Crossbell and deliver them to Uncle Miles at the SSS HQ to wrap up this request.
