Choose Your Companion: At the start of the Intermission, you'll need to choose who accompanies you. For Bond endings, select someone you didn't choose in the Prologue or Chapter 3 Day 4. Otherwise, pick the character who will best assist with the Geofront A2 Sector Monster Extermination quest (Randy is recommended).

Fishing: Before leaving the SSS, go to the roof and give Coppe his fish. You should have more options available now after completing the fishing log in Chapter 3.

Collect Books:
Head to the Times Department Store in Central Square and purchase Crossbell Times - Issue 6 (Book).

Go to Tallys’ General Store on West Street and buy Back Alley Doctor Glenn - Ch.11 (Book).
Geofront A2 Sector Monster Extermination: Speak to Receptionist Rebecca at the CPD twice to accept this hidden request. Note that you will only have your chosen companion with you for this quest.
A Treat for the Mayor: Go to City Hall in the Administrative District. Head upstairs and enter the room on the left to find Mayor McDowell. After the scene, return downstairs. KeA suggests a gift, and Receptionist Shion suggests his favorite drink. Accept the A Treat for the Mayor hidden request.
Story Progression: Head to East Street and visit the Bracer's Guild to trigger a scene with Estelle and Lloyd.
Sunday School Guest Lecturer: Go to the Crossbell Cathedral (north exit of Crossbell, then east). Enter the main building and go right to find Sister Marble. After a scene regarding KeA's amnesia and a suggestion to visit St. Ursula Medical College, leave the cathedral. You'll trigger a scene with Ryu and Anri. Return to the Cathedral and go to the room where you spoke with Sister Marble. Speak to Sister Marble again to accept the Sunday School Guest Lecturer hidden request.
St. Ursula Medical College: Take the bus from the southern exit of Crossbell to St. Ursula Medical College.
Inn and Roof: Outside the college, you'll meet Cecile. Head to the Inn. Once inside, go to 3F, navigate to the roof, and examine the door to the research wing. Choose the top option.
Find KeA: After KeA runs off, head back outside and go right towards the fishing spot to find her with Shizuku. Watch the ensuing scenes to conclude the Intermission.
Tips
When choosing your companion for the Intermission, consider who you didn't choose in the Prologue or Chapter 3 Day 4 if you are aiming for all Bond endings in a single playthrough.
Randy is recommended for the Geofront A2 Sector Monster Extermination quest due to his combat prowess.
Ensure you have completed the fishing log in Chapter 3 to have more fish options for Coppe.
