- 3Harbor District: Go to the park in the center of the area. Find the stall there and talk to Zell. He'll mention that someone might have seen something. Keep an eye out for a blonde woman in a green dress who walks around the area. Speak with her, and she'll give you the Republic-Bound Ticket.
With all three items – the Man's Wallet, the Souvenir, and the Republic-Bound Ticket – in your inventory, head back to the Millennium Hotel in the Entertainment District. Deliver the good news to Tront to complete the request. You'll then need to report it to finish it up.
