Technical characters are defined by their superior skating abilities and unique shot properties, particularly curving slapshots. They move below average and have very weak shooting power, but their agility allows them to weave through defenses and set up plays. Peach, Daisy, Waluigi, and White Mage are in this category. Peach is a decent all-around skater who can set up open shots, though her normal shot is weak and her slapshot moves very slowly. Daisy is similar to Peach but with slower speed and an annoyingly fast checking ability, making her best used as a defender. Waluigi offers decent overall performance with quick checking, good skating, and a unique Quad Shot special that fires four pucks, making him a good defensive choice with offensive pressure.
