Follow the Silent Hill: Townfall Operation Theatre Balcony walkthrough to find the PATIENT'S CHART, CHILD'S DRAWING (2/18), and the OPERATING THEATRE KEY.
Walkthrough
- 1While on the top floor of the Operation Theatre Balcony, examine the PATIENT'S CHART on the shelf to the right.
- 2Run to the far end of the balcony and descend the stairs to the right, as the iron lung and other objects will obstruct your path.
- 3Proceed along the right side of the walkway.
- 4Turn off your flashlight and choose to "Drop Down" when you reach the section without a railing at the end.
- 5In the Operation Theatre, ensure your flashlight is off. The static on the radio indicates nearby enemies.
- 6Turn around to face a Nurse standing near the operating table. There are three Nurses on the east side of the operating table.
- 7If you choose to fight the Nurses, use a charged strong attack to begin.
- 8You can lure the Nurses around the room and make them stop by standing still with the light off.
- 9Be cautious when moving around too much while the Nurses are present, as bumping into objects will attract their attention.
- 10Examine the double doors to the Operating Room; they are chained shut.
- 11Turn to the east side of the room, cut the skin wall with your combat knife, and squeeze through the opening.
- 12In the East Staircase area, directly across from the skin wall you just passed through, pick up CHILD'S DRAWING (2/18) from the wall.
- 13Move up the stairs and approach the body on the gurney.
- 14Examine the body to find the other half of the patient from the Operation Theatre. Take the ++OPERATING THEATRE KEY++ from its hand.
- 15Go back down the stairs and squeeze back through the skin wall.
- 16In the Operation Theatre, approach the chained doors to the Operating Room and press the LB button when the icon appears.
- 17Use the left analog stick to select the Operating Room Key and tap A to use it on the chain and unlock the doors.
- 18Open either door and enter the Operating Room.
- 19Examine the ELECTROSHOCK NOTE on the counter along the right side of the room.
- 20Open the door to the hallway.
- 21After the cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) in the Hallway Outside Operating Room, open the door to the left of the gate.
- 22In the Nurse Center, take the --HEALTH DRINK-- from the shelf across from the door.
- 23Save your game at the !!SAVE POINT!! on the x-ray board against the right wall.
- 24Examine the MISSING PATIENT BULLETIN along the left side of the controls by the window.
- 25Exit into the hallway via the door on the south side.
- 26Enter Room 203, as it is the only door that can be opened in the Hallway South of Nurse Center.
- 27As you enter Room 203, a cutscene will play.
- 28Walk toward the bloody mirror and examine it.
- 29Keep tapping the button that appears to break free from the grip and pry the ++ROBBIE TOY++ away from the other side of the mirror.
- 30After snatching the Robbie toy, a Swarm will fly out of the back of the middle baby incubator; be prepared to defeat them.
- 31Pick up CHILD'S DRAWING (3/18) from the wall on the right side of the mirror before leaving Room 203.
- 32Return to the Hallway Outside Operating Room by going through the east end of the Nurse Center, saving your game along the way.
- 33In the Hallway Outside Operating Room, walk to the gate where Josh is.
- 34Open the inventory menu, select the Robbie Toy, and attempt to give it to him by tapping A. A cutscene will play.
- 35After the cutscene, walk through the open gate and pick up CHILD'S DRAWING (4/18).
- 36Enter Room 206, which is open.
- 37Take CHILD'S DRAWING (5/18) from the front of the Room 206 door.
- 38Approach the elevator ahead and press the elevator call button on the left wall to trigger a cutscene.
Tips
- If you look off the side of the balcony without a railing, you can see Nurses lying in ambush below around the middle bed.
- When fighting Nurses, remember you can lure them around the room and make them stop if you stand still with the light off.
- If you are low in health before the transition to the next area (Streets of Shepherd's Glen), do not heal. Alex's life gauge will be fully recovered during this transition, which is the only time this occurs between areas.
