Defeated 1 Needler

When the Needlers attack the elevator frame, you can shoot them through the grating if your cursor turns red.

After the elevator stops, a Needler will attack from the back. Shoot it in the head.

Another Needler will appear on the right, followed by one on the left.

Once the elevator stops and the doors open, face the doorway and climb upwards to the third floor.

A cutscene will play. On the third floor, you'll hear humming. The door to the left is locked, and rubble blocks the east side.

Turn to the painting of a lady on the right wall and examine it. An objective update will prompt you to cut it.

Equip the Combat Knife and use the action command to cut the painting, then squeeze through.

You'll enter a new room. Take the --PHOTO (5/11)-- from the door. Room 306 is locked and requires a key.

Duck under the opening in the wall to your left to enter Room 302.

Save your game at the !!SAVE POINT!! on the wall.

Walk out into the hall towards the door with a hole in it (Room 301) to trigger a cutscene.

After a series of dialogue choices, an objective update will prompt you to find three memories for the lady in Room 301. She wants three photos.

Enter Room 303 and find a message on the left wall by the bed: "I can't see my face, Maybe you will in 404." This will be added to your notebook under "Clues."

Enter Room 304 across the hall. Examine the NOTE TO SAM in the cabinet across from the bed.

Exit Room 304 and move beside the debris in the east, then walk through the hole in the wall.

Squeeze through the narrow opening ahead and duck under the opening to the left to enter Room 307.

You can optionally enter the restroom to the east in Room 307.

In Room 308, find another LETTER TO SAM on the dresser and examine a message on the southeast wall above the heater: "405 scares me. I left my ducky in there."

Room 309 is locked. The hallway to the north is collapsed. Go around the right (south) side of the hall to find a boarded-up hole on the east side of Room 309.

Use the Fire Axe to hack through the boards and enter Room 309.

Examine the cabinet in the debris and climb onto it to reach the room above.

Enter Room 408 and move through the hole in the wall to enter Room 406.

Examine the NOTE TO CAROL on the dresser in Room 406 and exit.

As you head for the door, a Swarm will attack.

In the Fourth Floor Hallway, the door across from Room 406 is jammed. Examine the DELIVERY NOTICE on the shelf between the two chairs.

As you move further down the hall, your radio will sound off. Turn off your flashlight before reaching the midpoint.

A Nurse will charge out of Room 402. Wait in the middle of the hall for her to stop, then circle around her and perform a strong charged hit with your Fire Axe, followed by a few more hits.

The doors to Room 404 and 403 are locked. You can see a message on the restroom wall in Room 403 through a hole: "You can't wash it off."

Room 401 is locked, but Room 402 is open. Enter Room 402.

More creepy sounds will be heard from Room 404. Move to the right side of the dresser on the left wall and push it out of the way.

Duck under the hole in the wall behind the dresser to enter Room 404.

Enter the restroom inside Room 404.
