Alright, we're at Part 34, and it's time to face down the Chaotic Magic! This boss is a bit unique because you'll be fighting alongside an AI-controlled Shield Knight. The dark magic possessing her has taken on a physical form, and it's up to you to stop it. The key thing to remember here is that the boss's weak point is its head, and you *need* Shield Knight to help you reach it. Keep an eye on her; when she jumps up and holds her shield, that's your cue to bounce off it and onto the magic's head.

Stats / Weaknesses:

• Weak Point: Boss's head (requires bouncing off Shield Knight's shield to reach).

Attacks:

1. Downward Shots: The boss fires shots at you in a wave formation. Staying in the center of the screen makes them easier to jump over. Be ready, though, as these shots will start moving with the boss later on.
2. Flame Attack: The boss unleashes a barrage of energy orbs. If you're close to Shield Knight, she'll jump up and block them for you. Stick close to her and get behind her to be safe. Alternatively, the Phase Locket relic trivializes this.
3. Floor Slam: The boss slams down, destroying sections of the floor. These chunks will eventually reappear, but they're gone for a while and pose an instant-kill danger if you fall.
4. Triple Shot: Similar to the downward shots, but fires three at a time. Jumping between platforms should help you avoid these.
5. Rotating Shots: Energy orbs circle the boss's hands, and can be fired individually or all at once.

Strategy:

• For relics, the War Horn is highly recommended, though the Phase Locket is also a solid choice if you prefer an easier time.
• With the War Horn, you can deal significant damage to the boss's head from a jumping position. Each hit with it can take off half a health bubble.
• If you manage to get the boss down to two or two-and-a-half health bubbles with a full magic meter, you can potentially finish the fight yourself with the War Horn, especially if you have armor that boosts your magic.
• Remember to pay close attention to the Flame Attack. Always try to be near Shield Knight so she can block it for you.
