The City-of-Caverns

Navigate the City-of-Caverns in Shadows of Doubt. Follow this walkthrough to complete quests, defeat enemies, find treasure, and uncover secrets within the Sahuagin city.

Walkthrough:

1. Upon arrival, you'll witness an exchange between High Priestess Senityili and Captain Feerlattiys. Senityili will grant you understanding of the Sahuagin language and explain your location, the City-of-Caverns, and a prophecy about your arrival.
2. Question Senityili and then agree to an audience with King Ixilthetocal.
3. During the audience, the King's advisor, Baron Thelokassyil, will advocate for your death, but Senityili will defend you. The King will ask for your opinion.
4. Offer your help, and the King will test you by having you fight an Ettin in the arena. Defeating the Ettin will impress him.
5. High Priestess Tlyysixxous, who opposed Senityili, will be sacrificed. The King will then task you with dealing with rebels led by Prince Villynaty and bringing him the Prince's heart.
6. Before you leave, Senityili will ask you to speak with her again. Return to her and witness the sacrifice of Tlyysixxous.
7. Senityili will reveal the location of Sekolah's Tooth, an artifact needed to enter the Prince's base. She will also ask you to hear out Prince Vilynaty, believing he is the only hope for her people due to the corruption of the royal line.
8. You can choose to follow the King's orders or Senityili's request. Agreeing to Senityili's plan will grant you the Rebel's Orb to avoid violence with the Prince. Note that siding with the King might yield a powerful item for Monks.
9. To the west of Senityili, a Priestess of Sekolah offers merchant and temple services, selling scrolls of Wraithform.
10. As you traverse the city's walkways, you'll encounter hostile rebel and loyalist Sahuagin. Pick up any Paralytic Bolts you find for your crossbow users.
11. On the central round platform, you'll encounter a high-level Priestess. Defeat her and loot the Cloak of Mirroring from her remains. This cloak deflects damaging spells.
12. Head southwest of the shark mouth platform. A Royal Guard will warn you about traps in the following Drow-architecture section.
13. Enable trap detection and proceed east and south. Carefully advance on the steps, as a trap is difficult to spot.
14. Continue south, defeating two Sword Spiders and two Ettercaps, followed by a Bone Golem. Enable trap detection again for another hard-to-spot trap.
15. Proceed to a round platform with two Imps who offer a game to win drow treasure.
