~ RECEIVING CENTER ~

From the start, kill the guards and enter the corridor. To the left are laser beams, to the right is a door.

Approach the lasers and find a button on the right wall. Pressing it opens a large grate leading down into a pipe. Drop in.

Follow the pipe to a large room filled with lava. Kill the Guard below, then drop down.

Press the button on the wall to lower a bridge. Cross it, then pull the lever on the right to drain the lava.

Drop into the empty lava pit and press a wall button to open a pipe above.

Climb the stairs out of the pit and go down the corridor on the right to a platform. Ride it up and jump into the opened pipe.

Follow the pipe and climb the ladder. You will encounter a Brain; kill it.

Head into the corridor to find a button. Press it.

Return to where you climbed out of the pipe and ride the middle platform up to a Flak Jacket. Drop into the room below.

Head up the stairs on the left and go through a door. Cross the bridge and turn left to find a wall button. Press it.

Go through the door next to the button. You will be at the other end of the corridor that was blocked by laser beams at the start; they are now disabled.

Go right and you will be on a bridge with Stimpacks. Jump into the waterfall to find a secret level called Sudden Death.

In Sudden Death, you have 30 seconds to grab as many items as possible, including Stimpacks, Armor Shards, ammo, weapons, Bandoliers, Heavy Packs, and a Hyper Blaster. You will return to the bridge after 30 seconds.

Drop into the water below the bridge and head through the corridor to find a secret area and the Rail Gun.

A walkway lowers; head up it and face the Parasite.

Continue to the end of the corridor and go through the opening to kill a Guard and two Gunners.

Strafe left and try to kill the Guard across the way before he reaches the bridge and explodes it. Quick save/load may be helpful here.

Cross the bridge and blow up the crates to get a Quad Damage.

Go left and defeat a Gladiator.

Enter the room on the left with lasers on the floor, then go through the door on the right to end the level.
