    Running against walls: Hold R1 and run at an angle against a flat wall with no cracks, indentations, or decorations. Prince will run straight, then curve upwards. Press X to jump in the opposite direction before completing the run. You can slash your sword while doing this.

    Multi-Jumping: When Prince lands on a wall, during the brief moment he sticks (the Chameleon Stall), press X to jump in the direction you just came from. Prince will jump back, and if there is a wall, you can perform another Chameleon Stall and jump forth again. This allows access to high and hard-to-reach places.

    Landing Rolls: After a high jump, press the Analog Stick in the direction you are falling just after you jump. This absorbs the force of the fall and reduces damage to zero. Jumping from too high will still result in death.

    Life Bar and Injuries: Your life bar is located on the top-left corner of the screen (Northeast). It is a blue line. Injuries decrease your life bar; when it depletes, you die. If you have the Time Dagger, you can rewind time using the checkpoint (an auto-save point you restart from on death) meter. Damage varies depending on the source of injury and fall height.

    Replenishing Life: Instead of potions, drink from fountains, ponds, rivers, and baths by walking up to them and pressing R1. Prince will take a sip, filling the life gauge slightly.     Jumping Attacks: In the En Garde stance, jumping attacks must be comboed out of another action, such as a standing attack.

    Rebound Attacks: In the En Garde stance, run up a wall, jump, and attack to perform a flying attack towards the enemy.

    Rollover/Vault Attacks: Walk up to an enemy and press X to perform an overhead flip over the enemy's head, leaving them open to attacks. This may not work on all enemies. An example combo is: Roll over enemy, X, Square.

    Multi-Attack: While fighting multiple enemies, after the first hit, hold the Left Analog Stick in a different direction and mash the Square button. Prince will rush towards the enemy and combo into a slash/kick.
