    A Broken Bridge: Head left, collect the nearby Sand Field, and then go right. You can drink from a fountain on the extreme right. Return to the Save Point and climb down the ledge opposite the gate. Climb down again to hang onto a pole. Move to the right side and jump onto a column, then to an opposite column, and finally to the ledge on the left. Be cautious not to overjump the second column, as falling on the gate shards results in instant death. Continue climbing over the ledge on the left, past the corner, and to its very end. From there, jump to the wall on the left and continue jumping downwards until you reach the bottom.

    The entire floor will collapse in a few seconds. Quickly run left, up the wall, and jump onto a pole before falling. Swing onto the ledge beside you. Climb down ledges on your left and jump down (the floor will not break this time). Hang onto the ledge on your left and move left to jump to a column on a platform with a Sand Field. Grab the Sand Field and climb the column on the right, facing the brick wall.

    Do not attempt to run and jump across. Instead, climb onto the second column on the right (not the one you came from). Jump to the ledge on the other side, climbing up high enough to make the jump. Make your way left, past a pillar blocking your path by hanging on the ledge. Arrive at a platform with a narrow ledge. Walk along it, using the analog stick to balance. If you fall, Prince will grab the ledge. Move to the far right platform where there is a fountain. Walk into the gateway and move to the right.

You will reach an open gate; hang onto it and climb down. Aim for the bale of hay below to soften your landing (you will lose a small amount of life). Alternatively, walk to the end and climb down. Grab the nearby Sand Field. Switch to Panoramic view (L2) and walk through a small opening upwards until the camera changes. Go right, then left, past some walls. Continue straight to a slanting wall and a closed gate. There are two slanting walls; one beside the gate and one facing it. Run up the wall and start jumping, using the wall and the slanting wall to ascend to a series of wooden ledges.

    Birds may attack; take out your sword. Walk along the ledge and jump onto a symbol to press a lever. This activates a ladder on the left and a gate below. Go to the newly opened gate with a lever, run up the wall, and jump onto the lever. The gates you climbed in from will close, and beetles will appear. Kill them all. Enter the newly opened gate and pull the lever all the way back.

    This opens a huge gate beside you. Use the ladder you just activated to climb up and go to the wooden ledges. From there, jump to the walls on your right and climb back to the right of the open gate. The gate is open for a short time, allowing you to run across it to close the gap. This may take a few tries.
