Route 4

Alright, let's head east from Heahea City and get through Route 4. It's not too long, but there are a few trainers and some items to grab. Just keep your eyes peeled and you'll be through in no time!

First things first, head east. You'll see some tall grass. Instead of going straight for that trainer you might spot, keep pushing east. You'll find a little detour that leads to an item – it's a Great Ball. Grab it, then loop back around to face that trainer.

Trainer Battle: Bellhop Jody

• Pokemon: Fomantis (Level 14, Grass)
• Reward: $560

After beating Jody, follow the road. Keep an eye out for a narrow path heading east. Take it, and at the very end, you'll find a rock. Give it a little interact, and you'll score a Tiny Mushroom. Now, head back to the main road, go up the ramp, and prepare for another trainer battle in the tall grass.

Trainer Battle: Collector Bryan

• Pokemon: Munchlax (Level 14, Normal), Bagon (Level 14, Dragon)
• Reward: $448

Once Bryan's down, grab the Revive right by him. Head back across the tall grass you just came from, and then make your way north-east. You'll find another trainer waiting for you. Get ready for a classic!

Trainer Battle: Sightseer Scotty

• Pokemon: Rattata (Non-Alola Form, Level 14, Normal)
• Reward: $840

After Scotty, there's one more trainer nearby, just to the north-west. Go chat with them for your final battle on this route.

• Pokemon: Meowth (Non-Alola Form, Level 14, Normal)
• Reward: $840

And that's it for Route 4! You can now head north-west into Pikachu Valley. It's a pretty quick area, so you'll be on your way to the next part of your journey in no time.
