Melemele Meadow is an area in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon where you can find various Pokémon, items, and encounter a trainer. Lillie will also be present to heal your Pokémon.

Flabebe (Fairy): 20% chance, Levels 9-12
Cutiefly (Bug/Fairy): 20% chance, Levels 9-12
Oricorio - Pom-Pom Style (Electric/Flying): 20% chance, Levels 9-12

Metapod (Bug): 9% chance, Levels 9-12
Butterfree (Bug/Flying): 1% chance, Levels 9-12
Cottonee (Grass/Fairy): 20% chance, Levels 9-12 (Sun Only)
Petilil (Grass): 20% chance, Levels 9-12 (Moon Only)

Walkthrough

Upon entering Melemele Meadow, you'll find Lillie. Speak to her twice to have your Pokémon healed.

Go south, then west, around the edge of the meadow to find a Great Ball.

Head north-west through the meadow. If you visit at night and see sparkles, interact with them to find Yellow Nectar.

Go up the small ramp to the other side and pick up the nearby Net Ball.

Continue north, then north-east, and drop off the ledge near a guy.

Move south-west through the meadow and up the ramp at the other end.

From the top of the ramp, move south-west through the meadow to find a Poison Barb and Actor Meredith.

Battle Actor Meredith. Her Pokémon is Oricorio (Pom-Pom Style) at Level 12.

After the battle, return to the top of the ramp and go east.

Jump down the ledge near a girl with a hat and return to Lillie.

Head south around the meadow to the bottom, then west through the flowers.

Interact with the small hole in the wall where Nebby went through to enter a new cave.
