Walkthrough
- 1Head back to Hau'oli City and go to the Alola Photo Club, located south of the Pokémon Center and marked with an objective flag.
- 2Upon entering, you will be prompted to try the Photo Club.
- 3Choose your Pokémon and their orientation, then select 'Start photo shoot'.
- 4Experiment with the settings and take photos. You can choose which photos to keep, restart, or quit.
- 5After quitting, the clerk will give you a Photo Album item.
- 6Exit the Photo Club. Hau will greet you outside.
- 7Speak with Hau, then Kukui and Lillie will appear.
- 8Hau will depart for Big Wave Beach; follow him there.
- 9Before re-entering Big Wave Beach, Professor Oak will stop you and explain that finding 20 Totem Stickers will earn you a Gumshoos (in Pokémon Ultra Sun) or Raticate (in Pokémon Ultra Moon). He will direct you to find him at Heahea Beach to turn them in.
- 10Proceed to Big Wave Beach and go to the back where Hau is.
- 11Speak with Hau and the lady.
- 12Prepare to travel to Akala Island, then interact with a Mantine to begin surfing.
- 13Follow the surfing tutorial.
- 14Upon arriving at Akala Island, Hau will leave.
