Rising Badge - Route 44 and Ice Path

Route 44: Head east from Mahogany Town. Battle trainers along the dirt road. You can explore north for a Burnt Berry and an Ultra Ball near a lake before proceeding to the Ice Path.

Ice Path - 1F: Navigate ice puzzles. The first puzzle requires skating east, south, east, south. Follow the ledge, then solve the second puzzle by skating north, west, north, east, north, east, south, west, north, west, south, east, south, east, north, east. To get HM07 (Waterfall), skate east, north, west, south, west, north, east from the northern of two tiles. Descend stairs to B1F.

Ice Path - B1F: This floor features Strength boulder puzzles. Push boulders onto the floor below to aid future ice puzzles. Push the southern boulder east, south 6 times, west 3 times, north, west, north into a hole. Push the second boulder west, north 5 times into a gap. Push a boulder from the southeast corner west, south, east, south twice, west into a hole. Push another boulder north, west, north 3 times into a hole. Finally, push the first boulder you moved west twice, south into a hole. Descend the ladder to B2F.

Ice Path - B2F: Collect a Max Potion in the northwest and Carbos in the southwest. From the northeast corner, reach the southwestern tip of the non-ice land. Skate west, south, west, north, east to reach the center. Collect a Full Heal and descend the ladder to B3F.

Ice Path - B3F: Mostly straightforward. Head east to the ladder. Following the southern wall west from the next ladder leads to NeverMeltIce.

Ice Path - B2F (Revisit): From the arrival point, go north, east, south to an ice path. Skate across. From the stairs to the north, jump off the south ledge, skate south, then east to find TM44 (Rest).
