Give Denny confidence, follow Myrtle to Leila’s store, and speak with Pea. Return to Skull Mountain.
Talk to Kublai on the airship. You will now be able to ride Tengri. Drippy will tutorial you on flying. You’ll receive the [DRAGON HORN] to summon Tengri anywhere.
Travel to Solitary Isle in the southeastern corner of the map. Read the text on the stone and search behind it for a [THUNDERSTORM GEM]. Summon Tengri and return to Kublai.
After the scene, use the ‘Insight’ spell to reveal the three stone locations. Kublai gives you the [MAP OF THE STONES].
