Complete Elsie romance guide for my time at sandrock. Learn where to find her, her favorite gifts, and how to propose.

Elsie lives on the Yakmel Ranch, near the train station, and occasionally visits the town. You can gain extra Friendship Points with her by increasing your relationship with her parents, Cooper and Mabel, and with Mi-an.

How to Befriend Elsie:

• Speak with her daily.
• Give her gifts.
• Spar with her.
• Play Critters.
• Complete commissions she posts to the board, such as the Stone Trough.
• Once you reach three hearts (400 Friendship Points), you can go on Play Dates with her.
• Complete quests that involve her and other characters, like Mi-an.

How to Date and Marry Elsie:

Elsie will not date you until you are about 30 to 40 hours into the main story, specifically after the Chasing Elsie mission. During the quest to build the road to Portia, Elsie will run away after an incident involving Daisy the monster and Mabel. You can find Elsie in a cave and complete a quest for her. To help Mabel heal, you must take Oregano to her, but this is only possible if you have reached the Buddy friendship level with Cooper, as Mabel is resting in his room.

After a few days, Elsie will return to town with Daisy. At this point, you can give her a Heart Knot (120 Gols from the General Store) to ask her to date you.

To propose to Elsie, you need to reach three hearts and 900 Friendship Points. You can then propose using the Engagement Ring, which costs 2,000 Gols and can be purchased from the Mysterious Man on the 20th and 21st of each month.

Early in the game, giving Elsie Water (6 points) or a Shiny Scorpion (17 points, found in the scrapyard) are good options. As you progress, focus on fishing for her most loved gifts: Bullhead King, Crucian Carp King, and Lungfish King (20 points each).
