Garage Partner Mission:

Once you reach the Idol Rep rank (33500+ Rep Points), Karol will contact you about Booke, the City Champ, being back in town. After you beat Booke in a race, Karol will call again, offering you a chance to become a partner in his garage. To accept, you must pay $1,000,000. Upon becoming a partner, all cars, parts, and visual upgrades become free.

Visual Upgrades:

Each vehicle class has its own set of visual upgrades. You earn these by competing in races with a vehicle from that class. Winning the races is not required to earn the upgrades; you can finish in second place and still progress towards unlocking them. Cars have 5 ranks of visual upgrades, while Bikes have 3 ranks.
