Objectives:

1. Begin the game by choosing one of three starter cars: 1998 Nissan 240SX, 1983 Volkswagen Golf GTI, or 1988 Volkswagen Scirocco.
2. Build reputation to become Champ of the City and each car type.
3. Race regional opponents to challenge Booke for the City Champ title.
4. Upon becoming City Champ, other championship races will open against various opponents.
5. After becoming City Champ, Booke proposes a deal: earn $1 million to co-own his garages, receiving free access to their contents. This also affects Doc's South Central garage.
