This section of the guide details the various objectives and missions within Midnight Club: Los Angeles. Progressing through these objectives is key to advancing in the game's career mode and unlocking new content.

Objectives:

1. Start the game by choosing one of three initial cars: a 1998 Nissan 240SX, a 1983 Volkswagen Golf GTI, or a 1988 Volkswagen Scirocco.
2. Build your reputation to become the City Champ.
3. Race and defeat regional opponents to earn the right to challenge the City Champ, Booke.
4. Win the City Champ race against Booke to unlock further championship races.
5. Challenge and defeat the Champs of all five vehicle classes: Oswaldo, Julian, Lester, Pete, and Marcel.
6. After becoming City Champ, Booke will propose a deal to co-own his garages for $1 million, granting you free access to garage items. This also impacts Doc's South Central garage.
