Gameplay Progression:

1. Start with a choice of three cars: 1998 Nissan 240SX, 1983 Volkswagen Golf GTI, or 1988 Volkswagen Scirocco.
2. Build reputation to become City Champ.
3. Race and defeat regional opponents to challenge the current City Champ, Booke.
4. Upon becoming City Champ, other championship races unlock, challenging the player against Champs of all five vehicle classes: Oswaldo, Julian, Lester, Pete, and Marcel.
5. After becoming City Champ, Booke proposes a partnership to co-own his garages for $1 million, granting free access to garage contents. This also affects Doc's South Central garage.
