    Head towards the objective marker.

    Eliminate the two Klixen encountered on your path.

    In the subsequent area, defeat another Klixen and then three Varren.

    Locate and eliminate the two Vorcha Blood Pack positioned behind a barrier amidst the debris.

    Proceed up the ramp behind them.

    At the top of the ramp, confront and defeat a group of four Blood Pack.

    Continue forward to face a Warrior accompanied by two Varren.

    Deal with two Blood Pack Pyro units approaching from the west, below your position.

    Around the next corner, defeat two more Blood Pack Pyro units, followed by three additional Blood Pack further back.

    After clearing the enemies, collect the Combustion Manifold.

    Bypass the nearby door to enter the hospital.
