Walkthrough for Mass Effect 2's Project Firewalker mission, Rosalie Lost. Pilot the Hammerhead to collect research data across Zeona.
Walkthrough
- 1Head to Zeona in the Ismar Frontier, Elysta system.
- 2You will automatically board the Hammerhead. Use its thrusters to jump (hold Left Shift on PC for a stronger jump, tap for hover) and boost (Space) to collect research data. The Hammerhead has unlimited firepower and no map is available.
- 3Gather the first two pieces of research data, which are easily visible. Move your ship directly over the data and hold the Mine key. You will need to jump multiple times to reach the second piece.
- 4After firing through an obstruction, fall down and head left for the third piece of research. This is the only piece on ground level; all others are on cliffs above.
- 5From the third piece, follow the left edge of the cliff to a small ramp overlooking lava. Jump across to reach the fourth piece of data.
- 6After gathering the fourth piece, jump to a larger rock platform aiming for a small ramp/road.
- 7From this lower ramp, jump nearly straight up to reach the upper level for the fifth piece of data, located under vehicle wreckage.
- 8Turn around and travel to the other end of the platform to jump to the next raised rock platform, where the sixth piece of data is located.
- 9Jump onto another large raised platform, cross it, and jump to the upper ramp across the cliff (above where you jumped from point 3 to 4) to reach the final area for the seventh piece of data.
Tips
- The Hammerhead has unlimited firepower, but no map is available in-game. The provided ASCII map can help navigate.
- The research data pieces are labeled by the credit amount they provide (1: 900, 2: 1200, 3: 1650, 4: 750, 5: 1050, 6: 750, 7: 1200).
- Most jumps require a strong jump (holding the jump button). The jump to reach data #5 is the trickiest.
- There are several paths to reach the data; exploration is encouraged to familiarize yourself with the Hammerhead's controls.
