    Head to the Far Rim Nebula and land on Haestrom to recruit Tali.

    Be aware that the sunlight is deadly to you; sprint through it and move slowly to regenerate your shields to avoid damage.

    When combat begins, avoid taking cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) (a position to shield yourself from enemy fire) in direct sunlight.

    Hit the gate controls to proceed and engage the geth.

    Initially stay on the lower level.

    Midway through on the east side, scan for a pistol damage upgrade (Customized Heavy Pistol) and locate a ramp upwards.
