Wisdurm Durmite Strategy:

The Wisdurm Durmite starts small and can only use Silk Swing. As it takes damage, a gauge fills. When full, it grows larger and gains three new attacks. While small, use Falling Star. When enlarged, attack the magic rod with regular jumps to decrease the gauge; emptying it shrinks the boss. Attacking the boss while enlarged keeps the gauge full and prevents shrinking. The boss is more powerful when enlarged, so focus damage when it's small to save SP. If you are low on turns (less than 5), you can damage the enlarged boss directly.

Bowser Memory MX

Notice: Bowser Memory LX can revive Bowser Memory MX.

Walkthrough

    Early in the battle, use both Mario and Luigi's turns to deal a Falling Star Special to Bowser Memory LX to even out HP.

    Alternate turns between Bowser Memory LX and Bowser Memory MX with Falling Star.

    If you are consistent, you should be able to KO Bowser Memory LX, then MX on the next turn.

    If you need to restore SP, heal both Mario and Luigi's SP to maintain the pattern.

    If Bowser Memory LX revives its partner, use a Green Shell on it.

    If successful, Bowser Memory LX will not be able to revive its partner, and MX will fall on the next Special.

Alternate, SP-conserving method:

  1. Perform the initial Falling Star on Bowser Memory LX to even out HP.
  2. Use Snack Basket each turn. This prevents the need for double-healing and deals more damage.

Notice: By this point, try to maintain higher SP levels.

  • Attacks: Thwomp (Jump to delay movement and dodge), Garbage Toss-and-Tackle (Jump over), Garbage Bin (Jump over all but Cheep Cheep)

Notice: Junker X may toss Luigi into one of the Trash Bins. Keep track of which bin Luigi went into and defeat it.
