Craft the Grub Goggles in grounded using 3 Grub Hide and 1 Raw Weevil Meat. Learn how to find these materials and craft the necessary Acorn Shovel.

To craft the Grub Goggles armor piece in grounded, you’ll need 3 Grub Hide and 1 Raw Weevil Meat. Before you can craft the goggles, you must first craft a Workbench. A Workbench requires 3 Grass Plank, 4 Sprig, and 2 Sap to craft.

Materials for Grub Goggles:

• 3 Grub Hide
• 1 Raw Weevil Meat

Materials for Workbench:

• 3 Grass Plank
• 4 Sprig
• 2 Sap

Where to Find Grub Hides:

Grub Hides can only be acquired once you have an Acorn Shovel. To craft the Acorn Shovel, you need 2 Sprig, 1 Crude Rope, and 1 Acorn Shell. Once you have the Acorn Shovel, wander through the garden, especially in areas with mud. Look for movements under the soil, which indicate the presence of a Grub. Dig up the Grub with the Acorn Shovel and kill it. The Grub should drop at least one Grub Hide, but often drops two.

• 2 Sprig
• 1 Crude Rope
• 1 Acorn Shell

Where to Find Weevil Meat:

Raw Weevil Meat is generally easier to find. Weevils can be found throughout the yard, especially in grassy areas southeast of the oak tree. They are neutral insects and do not fight back. You can kill them with almost anything. Be careful not to attract the attention of ants, spiders, stinkbugs, or bombardier beetles when hunting Weevils. You only need to kill one Weevil to get enough meat.
