Alright, so staying hydrated is super important in Grounded, and sometimes the water situation can get a little dicey. Don't worry, I've got your back! We'll go over the best ways to get clean water, from early-game dew drops to more advanced collectors.

How to Find Dew Drops

The absolute best and purest water you can find is in Dew Drops. They're like little water balloons hanging off the tops of grass blades – not the dead, brown ones, mind you. You'll find them most often in the mornings, just like in real life!

To get the water out, your best bet is to give the grass blade a good whack with an axe. This'll knock the dew drop down to the ground. Heads up though! If you smack a blade that's hanging over a murky puddle or pond, your precious dew drop will get contaminated. Bummer, right? So, make sure you're collecting it on dry ground.

Later on, when you've got a bit more established, you can actually build Dew Collectors back at your base. These things are awesome because they'll collect up to 4 drops of dew for you automatically. To get the recipe for the Dew Collector, you'll need to analyze a Silk Rope at the Resource Analyzer. It's a bit of a grind, but totally worth it for easy water!

Drinking Nasty Water

Look, in the early days of Grounded, you're probably going to end up drinking some questionable water from puddles or ponds. It's just part of the survival experience, and hey, it'll quench your thirst in a pinch. But, and this is a big 'but,' it comes with consequences. Drinking this murky stuff will make you sick, and it'll start draining your food bar like crazy. So, if you know you're going to have to take a sip of the nasty stuff, make sure you've got plenty of snacks on hand to keep your hunger up!

Other Ways to Quench Thirst

Besides dew drops and pond water, there are a couple of other ways to keep your water bar full:

• Soda Drops: You can find these inside Soda Cans scattered around. They're pretty good, giving you a +10% boost to both your Water and Food bars.
• Aphid Honeydew: This is a special resource that you can get from Aphids – those little green bugs. You'll find them hanging around Clovers, and if you manage to get some honeydew from them, it'll help quench your thirst.

So, keep an eye out for these different sources, and you'll be well-hydrated in no time!
