    Head to the Whitespring Bunker.

  • Head to Camp Venture.
  • Follow your Quest Marker to Sugar Grove.
  • Enter Sugar Grove through the north door, which is accessible via the nearby Terminal.
  • Go downstairs.
  • Find the SigInt System Terminal and insert the System Access Tape. Follow the Terminal's prompts.
  • Head upstairs and use the Archival Dispenser to obtain MODUS's lost data.
  • Return to the Whitespring Bunker.
  • Go back into the Bunker.
  • Take a left this time and use the elevator.
  • Once in the exam room, follow MODUS's directions to receive an Uplink Module and installation instructions.
  • Follow your Quest Marker to the Radio Astronomy Research Center.
  • Enter the building.
  • Work your way up to the roof.
  • Locate the Connection Platform.
  • Install the Uplink Module.
  • Leaving the Research Center, follow your Quest Marker to a care package containing an Orbital Scan Beacon and an Orbital Strike Beacon.
  • Loot the care package.
  • Return to the Whitespring Bunker.
  • Return via elevator to the exam room.
  • Speak to MODUS.
