Chapter 14 - Coming to Fruition

You should be inside Abbie's Bunker.

Find the desk in front of the Scorched Detection System Terminal.

Take the Master Holotape from the desk.

Go to Harpers Ferry.

On the south side of Harpers Ferry, locate the Armory Access Terminal.

Access the Terminal and insert the Master Holotape.

Select 'Play Holotape', and then unlock the door.

Enter through the door, into the armory.

At the first opening, take a right.

Locate and use the Terminal to open the next door.

Keep going until you get upstairs.

Once upstairs, use the planks to cross into the next building.

Drop down into the building.

Locate and access the next Terminal.

Head through this door and into the next building.

Go upstairs.

Hack the Terminal, and gain access to Raleigh's Terminal.

Insert the Master Holotape.

After listening to Abbie, head to the Charleston Capitol Building.

Go up to the third floor.

Find Sam's Terminal.

The Terminal is locked, so you'll need to head down to the basement. You can take a shortcut: after leaving the office, drop through the hole in the floor. You'll find another hole here, which you need to drop through as well.

Once you're in the basement, find the Security Terminal.

Access the Terminal, and select 'Accounts', 'Account Lockdown', and then 'Samuel Blackwell'.

Return to the third floor and Sam's Terminal.

Reload the Master Holotape.

With that done, head to a Relay Tower. You can fast-travel to the one you've visited before, if you want.

At the Terminal in the Relay Tower, use the Master Holotape.

After using the Master Holotape, return to Abbie's Bunker.

Use the Scorched Detection System Terminal, to restart the system.
