    Follow your Quest Marker (a visual indicator on your Heads-Up Display, or HUD (heads-up display — the on-screen icons showing health, ammo and the minimap)) to a cave to search for a way inside the bunker.

    Search the cave until you find a body and loot it for the 'Operation Summary - Blackwell' Holotape.

    Listen to the tape.

    Search Deathclaw Nests within the cave for a Bypass Holotape.

    When you find the Bypass Holotape, return to the elevator.

    Get in the elevator and access the Bypass Holotape.

    The panel will unlock; use the elevator to enter the bunker.

    Inside the bunker, head through the blue door.

    Take the door to the north to find a laser grid.

    To bypass the grid, head back upstairs and follow your Quest Marker to a Terminal.

    Use the Terminal to turn off the laser grid. You will need to hack it, or if you don't have the skill, follow these steps:
    • From the Terminal, return to the previous room and find your way onto the catwalk.

    Walk on top of the air ducts, heading left.

    Find and hit the switch on the wall to activate the circuit conduit.

    Return to the main room.

    Find the circuit breaker through a door, next to a vending machine.

    Head to the opposite door in the main room.

    Take the first left and find the air flue valve in the top corner of the room; activate the valve.

    Once you have either hacked or rebooted your way past the grid, head back to the laser grid.

    Locate the Hand Scanner to register yourself into the system.

    Follow your Quest Marker to find the secure room.

    You'll notice a keypad on the wall here. Search the filing cabinets for 'Record of Divorce: The Blackwells', 'Intelligence Memo - 8/16/77', and 'Senate Orientation Letter'.

    Find and access Sam Blackwell's Terminal.

    Read the file 'Judy's Gone' on the Terminal.

    One of these four files contains the access code, which should be 021584, but this may be random.
