    Head to Charleston Herald.

    Follow your Quest Marker (a HUD (heads-up display — the on-screen icons showing health, ammo and the minimap) element showing your objective's direction) into the Charleston Herald.

    On the top floor, you'll find a box with a note inside. Take them.

    You now need to find Sam Blackwell's Bunker. Follow your Quest Marker to a dump, east of Route 65.

    You'll need to watch out for Deathclaws. As you avoid/fight them, follow your Quest Marker to an elevator.

    At the elevator, try using the control panel. It will deny you access, but that's meant to happen.
