    Rose has asked you to upgrade her Karma Syringer. Use the Syringer and materials provided by Rose to head to the second floor of your current building.

    At the top, find a chair with a corpse near a small set of stairs resembling an open-air lifeguard tower, and loot the corpse for keys.

    Rose has one final task: kill a Feral Ghoul. A marked location for a Feral Ghoul will appear on your map.
