Find Lu Xun's fourth weapon and other powerful items in Dynasty Warriors 3: Complete Edition Remastered Part 37. Includes strategies for obtaining.

Lu Xun:

Walkthrough
  1. 1
On the west side of the map, head towards Liu Bei.
  2. 2
Defeat Zhuge Liang when his unit appears.
  3. 3
The precious item will then appear on the northeast side of the maze.
  4. 4
    Grab the item.
  5. 5
Make your way back and defeat Liu Bei to finish the stage.

Alternative Strategy (Two Player Trick):

  1. Have Lu Xun (P1) stand by the gate to the Stone Warrior Formation.
  2. P2 should clear out as many Shu generals as possible, starting with Guan Yu/Wei Yan and moving north and west towards the gate near SSX and Huang Zhong.
  3. Once Shu generals are defeated, the gate opens and Zhuge Liang appears.
  4. P2 should head south to defeat Zhuge Liang.
  5. Enter the Stone Warrior Formation (SWF) from the west with P2.
  6. Have P2 go far enough into the SWF to trigger the "I'm lost" cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically).
  7. Have Lu Xun (P1) enter the SWF from the north.
  8. Lu Xun will trigger the "successfully navigated" cutscene, and the item will appear.
  9. Have Lu Xun run in, grab the item, and retreat.
  10. P2 can then defeat Liu Bei to finish the stage.

Benefits: Death attack is awesome and allows shredding through masses with ease.

Da Qiao:

Stage: You Ting, Wu Side.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
    Kill Zhang He.
  2. 2
The special item will appear at the dead end to the west of the northwest entry point.
  3. 3
Grab the item and finish the stage.

Strategy: Nothing too tough. Use the two player trick if desired.

Benefits: Extra attack and defense are very helpful.

Xiao Qiao:

Stage: Nanman, Wu Side.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
    Kill Zhu Rong.
  2. 2
The special item will appear to the east of the bridge on the northwest side of the map.
  3. 3
Grab the item and finish the stage.

Strategy: Recommended to use the two player trick. Otherwise, this weapon is a pain to get, requiring fighting through the whole Nanman stage to reach Zhu Rong. If doing it the long way, avoid the short route to prevent fighting through many enemies.

Benefits: Musou charge bonus is nice. Other stats are good. Death attack is okay but hard to aim.

Sun Jian:

Stage: Savage Wolf – Liu Biao Stage, Sun Jian’s Side.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
    Kill Lu Gong.
  2. 2
The special item will appear at the entrance to the path that led to Lu Gong.
  3. 3
Backtrack to the item and grab it.
  4. 4
    Finish the stage as normal.

Strategy: Nothing overly difficult. .

Benefits: Nice variety of bonuses, plus a fire juggle attack.

Sun Ce:

Stage: Overlord – Wu Territory Stage, Wu Side.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Make Taishi Ci surrender by defeating enemies in the lower right.
  2. 2
The special item will appear in the area where Taishi Ci starts.
  3. 3
Grab it and finish the stage.

Strategy: Not too bad, as getting Taishi Ci to surrender is often desired. The two player trick can be used.

Benefits: Fire attacks for juggling fun (second one not great). Extra speed and HP are nice.

Taishi Ci:

Stage: Assault on Wu Territory, Allied Side.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Kill all enemy generals except Sun Ce.
  2. 2
The Special item report will appear in front of the center north entry point.
  3. 3
Grab it and finish the stage.

Strategy: The two player trick is useful. Ensure all enemy generals under Sun Ce or Zhou Yu are killed before eliminating them, or they will retreat. Approximately 8 generals must be killed. You will pass Sun Ce to reach generals like Huang Gai.

Benefits: Most extra stats are useful, except mounted attack. First lightning attack is good for clearing enemies, which Taishi Ci previously struggled with.

Gan Ning:

Stage: He Fei Stage, Wu Side.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Wait for the Taishi Ci death event.
  2. 2
A supply team will appear at the northwest entry point and head towards the southwest entry point.
  3. 3
Kill the captain to get the item.

Strategy: If using the two player trick, move the weak character to safety. Have the strong character use Red Hare and ride to the top right near the gates, past Cao Cao. Kill some enemies if possible, but focus on reaching the gate. Once Taishi Ci is defeated, the supply team appears. Kill the captain for the item, then defeat Cao Cao.

Benefits: Lightning attack is mostly useless, but most stats are good, including Musou Charge bonus.

Lu Meng:

Stage: Fan Castle Stage, Allied Side.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
    Kill Guan Ping.
  2. 2
The Precious item will appear southeast of the Wei base, on the middle level platform.
  3. 3
Grab it and finish the stage.

Strategy: Nothing too special. .

Benefits: Not very effective lightning attack, but good bonuses in defense categories and an increase in Musou charge.

Sun Quan:

Stage: He Fei Castle Stage, Wu Side.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
    Kill Zhang He.
  2. 2
The special item will appear to the east of the pond in the center of the castle.
  3. 3
Grab it and finish the stage.

Strategy: Nothing too tough. If using the two player trick, give the strong character Red Hare and charge to reach Zhang He quickly.

Benefits: Nice array of bonuses, including the Musou charge bonus.

Lu Bu:

Stage: Hu Lao Gate Stage, Dong Zhuo’s Side.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Kill Liu Bei, Guan Yu, and Zhang Fei. Ensure Liu Bei is killed last, otherwise Guan Yu and Zhang Fei will retreat.
  2. 2
After defeating these three, a supply team will appear on the northeast part of the map and head for the entry point behind Cao Cao’s initial position.
  3. 3
Kill the captain of the supply team to obtain the item. (The source text cuts off here, but implies this is how the item is obtained).
