Walkthrough

Speak to Suno in the North Mountains Area.

Gather 10 Great Energetic Fish. These are best found in the Southeast Islands Area, near the NPC on the docks of the northwestern island who talks about Premium golden fish eggs. Look for item pickups by the fish underwater.

Gather 10 Plain White Rice and 10 Rose Wheat. These can be purchased from any food vendor, including one in Suno's village.
4
Return to Suno with all the required ingredients to complete the substory.

Tips

The food merchant in the same village as Suno sells Plain White Rice and Rose Wheat.
Look for the NPC talking about fish eggs to find the spot for the Energetic Fish in the Southeast Islands Area.
