Walkthrough
- 1Stu Boss Fight: Stu throws bombs and swoops across the stage. Throw bombs back at him when he releases them. Avoid his attacks and hit him with bombs. He will also throw tiki pops. Score the final hit when he swoops across the stage after throwing a set of bombs in the middle.
- 2Shifty Smashers: Navigate shifting blocks. Go under the first block as it shifts up, then wait for the next one. Proceed through the blocks onto the one with hearts. After one shift, drop down. Get around the throwing sprite blocks onto the oil barrel block. Continue one shift at a time to the safe spot with two vases. Wait for the ceiling to rise, then cross the raised floor. You will get hit by the ceiling; use the invincibility to cross the spike pit and duck. When the ceiling rises, roll-jump to the next platform and over the first two blocks. After a shift, drop through the gap onto the bottom block. Wait for another shift, then jump up past the small spring block. After one more shift, wait in the safe spot on the raised floor. When everything shifts, cross the top of the blocks into the next area. Take platforms two at a time, roll-jumping between them, to reach the exit barrel.
- 3Rickety Rails: At the start, roll to the barrel cannon but don't enter. Roll-jump right to the DK barrel. Ground-pound the plunger, then enter the barrel cannon. In the background, roll right and up the platforms. Jump into the barrel cannon to start the mine cart section. Fire out of the first barrel cannon immediately, then roll right past the checkpoint. Jump across small platforms into the barrel cannon. Before the next barrel cannon, roll through the squeekly to save time. After the next barrel cannon, there's another, so fire twice. In the section with breakable floors, head right into the barrel cannon. The mine cart takes you to another barrel cannon. From the next mine cart, jump into the blast barrels one barrel early to save time. After the next mine cart is the exit barrel; jump twice to hit it.
- 4Grip & Trip: This level is speed-controlled. Roll-jump beneath the climbable ceiling at the beginning to save time. You can skip the DK barrel. During the minecart section, avoid alternate paths and secret areas. After the checkpoint, try to avoid using the jetpack. Roll-jump past the first bouncy mushroom. Around 1:03, jump to the moving climbable surface as the mine cart track ends.
