1. Apartment #41: The Builders Apartment

   Head west from the stairs to find apartment #41. Hack the keypad (Security Rating: 1) to enter. Inside, find Crafting Parts, Datascan Software, and “Breach Software #29” on a desk. A Tactical Shotgun is located along the northern wall. Read the eBook “The Machinegod” and interact with the laptop on a cardboard box using the password “thevoidwhichbinds” to access emails about a cult. In the west room, take the Credit Chip, Shotgun Shells, and a Stem Processor from a metal table.

2. Apartment #31: Crazy Cat Lady's Kip

   From apartment #41, go down two flights of stairs and head west to find apartment #31. Hack the keypad to enter. This apartment contains Credit Chips and booze. In the bedroom, use the password “starlight” on the laptop to read emails.

3. Apartment #32: The Apathetic Evictees Abode

   North of the stairs from apartment #31 is apartment #32, which is unlocked. Inside, you can rob the civilian. If you have a Multitool, you can hack his computer. Search the floor between the window and couch for a Stash containing a Credit Chip, Crafting Parts, a Biocell, and a “Praxis Kit”.

4. Apartment #22: Neon Dealers Den

   Head down a flight of stairs from apartment #32. Find a vent on the southern wall and crawl through to another vent leading into apartment #22. Sneak out of the kitchen and grab a Pocket Secretary on the western wall. The password for the kitchen laptop is “dobranoc”. Reading the emails here starts the quest “SM00: Neon Nights”. You can fight the Thug and his girlfriend or loot the apartment. The front door keypad requires code 0310.

5. Apartment #23: Teresa Petrauskas Apartment

   From apartment #22, head north then west to find apartment #23. The keypad has a Security Rating of 3. Alternatively, jump onto the concrete railing south of the door and drop onto a ledge below. Walk west along the ledge to reach a window. Inside, find the eBook “An Appeal to Basic Humanity” on the kitchen counter. In the bedroom, note the weak western wall for later. In the living room, use the password “krodine” on the computer to access emails.
