Alright, so you've finished up with Smiley at TF29. He's finally got some solid info for you, but it's a bit of a dead end at first. The bomb trigger was old-school, meaning no fancy digital trail to follow. Your two leads are to check out the Stanek shop or head straight to Nomad Stanek's apartment in the Libuse Apartment complex.

The game gives you a table here, but it's pretty straightforward. Just talking to Smiley gives you 500 XP.

As soon as you step outside TF29, you'll see an explosion – great, just what we needed. Turns out the Stanek shop was the target, so that lead is a bust. We'll have to head to the Libuse Apartments instead. Make your way there and look for apartment #96. You'll notice the door's been forced open, which is... interesting.

Inside, head down to the basement. You'll find a vent in the ceiling. Crawl through that into a secret room. There's a computer in here with a new email from Nomad's daughter, Allison. Now we know where Nomad is, but there's a catch. If you try to leave through the bedroom door, you'll trigger a gas trap. Just hop back into the vent under the desk to get out safely.

This next table shows the XP you get for finding Stanek's location and escaping that gas trap.

Now, exit the apartments and head back to the Red Light District. You're looking for the Irish Stool, which is south of The Red Queen. Head inside and go downstairs. Good news: Nomad Stanek is already here, and some TF29 guys have him. Adam will grill him, and Stanek will spill the beans about the real bomb maker before trying to backtrack. Just exhaust all his dialogue options, and then we're done with this part.
