SM05: Samizdat (Prague Sewers and Market Square)

Complete the Samizdat mission in deus ex mankind divided. Find hackers in the Prague sewers, deal with them, and get XP rewards.

The first step is to go to the 33 Hlavni Apartments. Enter the complex and proceed through the courtyard to the stairs leading to the northern apartments. Ascend to the top floor and enter apartment 302. You can hack the Keypad (Security Rating: 2) or use the windows. Inside, go to the southern-most room and hack the computer (Security Rating: 1). Use the messenger app to speak with a character named "K". Your dialogue choices don't significantly alter the outcome, but you will eventually receive directions to the hackers' location in the sewers under the Davny district. Adam will then contact Peter Chang.

Loot the apartment for a Stem Processor Chip, an EMP Grenade, a unit of Stop! Worm Software, and a unit of Nuke Virus Software. Afterward, travel to the south-eastern corner of north-eastern Prague and locate the manhole near "The Music Box". Descend into the sewers.

You have two main choices: agree to work for the hackers to protect Praha Dovoz's secret, or eliminate them. If you choose to eliminate them, they are only three individuals armed with 10mm Pistols. After dealing with them, Adam will contact Peter again with an update. If you agree to work with them, they will ask you to infiltrate the Palisade Property Bank to gather information on Picus Media.

If you eliminated the Samizdat members, there's nothing more to do for this quest, but you should still explore the Palisade Property Bank. Working with Samizdat is the only way to obtain the trophy/achievement "Samizdat".

Before leaving the Samizdat hideout, collect two units of Nuke Virus Software. Be cautious with the computers (Security Ratings: 2, 3, and 5) unless Samizdat has been neutralized, as they will become hostile.

To exit the hideout, head west, climb a ladder, turn south, and climb onto a pipe. Follow the pipe south onto an elevated ledge. Crawl through a hole in the wall to the south and follow a chute. At the end of the chute, you'll find an unconscious Civilian with a Pocket Secretary. Take it, then enter the sewer beyond to find the aug's writings.

Head west, go through a gate, then turn south to find the ladder that leads back to the surface near "The Music Box" shop.

Return north-west to the Palisade Station. From there, turn south and go through an archway. Turn west and look up to spot a ladder you can deploy using Remote Hacking. Climb this ladder to reach a billboard, then turn east and climb another ladder.

To the east, you'll see metal ledges. Jump onto these ledges and then turn south-east to spot a balcony on top of a red building. You can reach this balcony by jumping. Enter the apartment connected to the balcony. Collect any alcohol you find. On the desk in the south-eastern corner of the apartment, examine the "Wedding Photograph". Turn the photograph over to find the password "may2020" for the nearby computer (Security Rating: 3).

Drop back down to the street and head west until you reach the Palisade Property Bank. Before entering the bank, turn north and go up some stairs to find two storage sheds.
