Alright, let's talk about those handy auxiliary gadgets in Deliver At All Costs. These aren't just for show; they can seriously help you out, both during those wild missions and just when you're cruising around. Think of them as your truck's special abilities!

You'll find that some gadgets, like the crane, winch, and armor plating, just come your way as you play through the game. Easy peasy. But for others, like the super cool 'hell horn,' you'll need to do a bit more work to get them. To get the blueprints for these, you'll want to keep an eye out for side-missions marked with green question marks on your map. Alternatively, you can just buy them at the shops, which are usually marked with dollar signs ($). Once you've got a blueprint, head back to your apartment, trailer, or hideout – wherever you call home base at that point in the game – and interact with your desk. You'll need to develop them there, and that means you'll also need parts. Don't worry if you don't have enough; you can buy more parts from shops too, or go on a scavenger hunt for red chests scattered throughout the world.

Now, developing a gadget is only half the battle; you've got to equip it before you can use it. Sometimes, the game will automatically equip a gadget if it's essential for a mission. But when you're just driving around or prepping for a mission, you're free to choose what you want. To do this, just open up your journal and head over to the Inventory tab. Here, you can equip one 'delivery gadget' and one 'auxiliary gadget.' Delivery gadgets, like that handy crane, are usually activated by pressing or holding the square/X button. Auxiliary gadgets, on the other hand, like the awesome 'Time Control' gadget, are activated by pressing or holding the circle/B button. So, pick wisely based on what you're about to do!
