First Run: Equip yourself with extra Shovels and a set of Torches. Be prepared for Curios that inflict +100 stress. Aim to complete 100% of room battles, or finish sooner if low on health or high on stress. Check your heroes after fights and explore remaining rooms if healthy enough.

Subsequent Runs: You can select Medium, then later Long dungeons, which include a tutorial on camping.

Second Run (Medium): Bring more food than usual and Medicinal Herbs (to remove negative quirks from Curios). You may encounter the Shambler's Altar, which can spawn a Grotesque Shambler if you use a Torch on it. This is a hard fight, as it can spawn Shambler Spores and deals massive damage with a blight debuff. High move resistance is recommended. Blight skills may be useful against mobs.

Let Sleeping Evils Lie (Medium, L5): The goal is to gather 3 Ancestor's Relics from Ancestor's Relics boxes. Bring extra Shovels, bandages, torches, and more shovels than usual. You may encounter the Shambler altar again, potentially spawning an Abhorrent Shambler. A 'Lost and Found' town event can offer free weapon upgrades.

Ancestor's Memoirs - The Siren (1/3) (Medium, L1 Apprentice): This quest involves silencing the source of haunting melodies. Bring Medicinal Herbs, Holy Waters, Skeleton Keys (for Heirloom Chests), and Shovels. Mobs have low resistance to blight. The Siren is a boss with higher resistance, capable of increasing its stun resistance and capturing heroes to fight on its side. The Siren can be found in the top right corner of the map. Completing the dungeon to 100% may be beneficial, even if you defeat the Siren early. This unlocks 'Faitful at the Tide' in your Ancestor's Memoirs.

Ancestor's Memoirs - The Siren (2/3) (Medium, L3): The goal is to kill 1 Alluring Siren. Bring 4 Shovels, food, medicinal herbs, holy water, antivenom, bandages, and skeleton keys. The Siren is in the final room and is harder, but blight skills may still be effective. The Siren can summon allies and its song can cause heroes to switch sides. Defeating it rewards a Blueprint.

Ancestor's Memoirs - The Siren (3/3) (L5): This is a challenging path. Blight skills and boosts/trinkets against Eldritch, Human, or Unholy enemies are recommended. Stun may also be effective. Be prepared for stealthed Tidemasters. Bring 5 Shovels, holy water, medicinal herbs, torches, antivenom, bandages, and 2 skeleton keys. The Beguiling Siren is at the bottom of the dungeon. It can spawn stingers to stun or cause bleeding, and cast debuffs. Watch your stress level and dodge attacks. The Siren's song can turn heroes against you. Rewards include a Blueprint and the Siren's Conch trophy (+50% Debuff Resist, -20% Stress).

Ancestor's Memoirs - The Drowned Crew (1/3) (Medium, L1): The goal is to kill 1 Sodden Crew. Bring more Shovels (expect 2), torches, food, and skeleton keys. Mobs have low blight resistance; stun skills can be useful. You might encounter 2 Shamblers and find a hidden room. The boss is weak against blight and may not be too difficult, dropping 2 common trinkets.

Ancestor's Memoirs - The Drowned Crew (2/3) (Medium, L3): The goal is to kill 1 Sunken Crew. Bring torches, food, 7 Shovels, holy water (use on fish idol for damage boost), medicinal herbs, and skeleton keys. Minions generally have low blight resistance; bleeding is usually less efficient unless facing a thrall. Stun skills are also noted as useful.
