Part 6

Use the active cloak (a suit ability that renders you invisible) to approach the sentry ahead for a stealth kill. Crouch or move slowly to avoid detection from your footsteps.

Be aware that active cloak drains energy, especially when moving rapidly. Uncloak in safe areas to allow your energy meter to recharge.

In the courtyard, stay cloaked and near your stealth kill position. Acquire the Scarab if you don't have it.

Target the small red explosive canister ahead to kill at least one Cell guard. Look for explosive barrels near enemies.

Enter and kill the remaining guard, using the cloak to remain unseen. A good tactic is to position yourself for a headshot (a shot that lands on the enemy's head, usually an instant kill) while cloaked. A weak weapon like the M12 Nova will conserve energy.

Download the “E-Mail” from the table. Moving near a dropped weapon allows you to acquire ammo of a similar type or exchange your equipped weapon for the dropped one.

Continue toward the objective. Use the yellow cargo container to jump to the rooftop.

You are instructed to: “Head north through the camp.”

Infiltrate: Locate a gap in the EMAT barriers, avoiding opposition by skirting the perimeter using stealth and placing you closer to your objective.

Exit: Marks the location of the decontamination chamber, taking you out of the initial heavily defended area.

Cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects): A series of low metal barriers provide scant cover to screen your passage through the heart of Cell territory. Expect to battle the Cell directly.

Use: Marks the location of the decontamination shower.

Observe: Marks the location of a manned watchtower, best used by those wanting to wipe out the opposition. Leads into enemy territory and is a decent shooting platform, especially with a sniper rifle.

Open your visor and use the “Zoom” option to survey the area, spotting and tagging hostiles, APCs, and HMG emplacements.

Select “Infiltrate” on the visor and highlight it. Close the visor; the waypoint (a marker on your map you've manually placed as a destination) and its distance will be displayed on the HUD (Heads-Up Display, showing game information).

With your energy full, cloak, go to the right side of the circular roof out of the enemy’s sightline, check the area below to be clear, and jump down. Note the energy expended in the fall. Your cloak will fail when your energy meter reaches zero.

Move behind one of the boulders ahead, taking shelter to recharge your energy.

Stay cloaked as much as possible and move toward the “Infiltrate” waypoint where there is a gap in the barrier wall. Jump the wall before the waypoint and take shelter to recharge in the blue door’s alcove.

Select “Exit.” Exit the alcove, going right around the building, checking for patrols. If you see one, back off and allow it to move away.

Move ahead and stay between the brick wall and the structure to remain out of sight. Recharge before entering the open area beyond the wall.

Veer to the right around the high brick wall and make a hard right turn. There will be a lightly manned guard post ahead. Move slowly so the cloak doesn’t sap your energy too quickly, maneuvering to avoid any Cell roaming the area.

While about thirty-five meters short of your destination, take refuge behind one of the yellow cargo containers on the left side of the guard post to recharge your energy.

Cloak and continue around through the break in the EMAT barrier on the rear side of the guard post going toward the “Exit” waypoint. If the loitering Cell gets in your way, take him down.

Enter the decontamination room and use the door controls to enter the decontamination shower.

Two Cell guards will patrol the facility’s decontamination tubes ahead. When his sidekick moves off, kill the first unsuspecting Cell with a stealth maneuver. Kill the next sentry. If he seems suspicious, shoot him through your cloak.

Continue along the tube and use the laptop computer in the small office on the right to defeat the exit gate’s magnetic lock. A lockdown takes effect when contamination is detected.

Force the security gates open as prompted. You will exit into bright sunlight onto a New York street.

Advance, and Nathan Gould will address you. The narrator will advise you to find and use the subway to travel more safely.

Head forward unopposed and enter the drug store-“THE DRUGST RE.” It is on the left, just before the quarantine barrier.

Grab the “New York Souvenir,” the Statue Of Liberty, from the countertop.

Resupply: An ammo/weapons cache on the right side of the avenue, available after emerging into daylight.

Destroy: Allows you to kill any Cell personnel near.
