Part 25

Pass through the terrace, grab the JAW Launcher, and activate armor. Jump down to the container and then to the ground.

Select the “Take” tactical option to acquire C4, the JAW rocket, and ammo.

Move toward the waypoint and select “Stealth” when tasked with getting the missile batteries back online.

Go west toward the waypoint, staying between the ivy-covered brick wall and Fred’s Diner.

Before reaching the first missile battery switch, jump onto a dumpster and then onto the roof of the diner to detach an HMG. Eliminate enemies below and gather Catalyst.

Enter the opened trailers in the middle of the avenue to face Ceph. Use the HMG to defeat them and move forward, grabbing Catalyst.

Enter the fenced sandbagged enclosure to close the west missile battery switch and recharge. Take the JAW rocket.

Move up the street, enter open trailers again, and use the HMG to engage Ceph. Cloak, exit, and grab Catalyst. Bear left along the avenue.

Loop south toward the waypoint and activate the switch for the missile battery. Grab the JAW if needed.

Head towards the Library waypoint, harvesting “squid” and grabbing a fresh HMG from a yellow cargo container or barriers. Find a JAW near an ammo crate by the Library’s stairwell.

Enter the Library, grab the “New York Souvenir” from the front desk, and proceed to the second floor. Navigate the flaming area by bearing right along the wall. Open the door beyond (you may need to drop the HMG temporarily).

Go up the stairwell, advance, and make an armored jump to the floor below.

Choose a tactical option: “Stealth” places you behind most Ceph positions. “Resupply” or “Take” on the Library’s steps provides ammo and weapons.

Move out and engage visible Ceph with the HMG. Make an armored jump down.

Go to the back area (the “Stealth” option) and use the HMG to eliminate Ceph attackers pouring in from the southeast. Utilize explosive barrels.

Move onto the Library’s stairwell for cover as the second wave arrives. Defeat the Ceph, grab Catalyst, and resupply if needed. Find an L-Tag near an ammo crate. Regroup with the Marines.

As you approach the next area, new tactical options appear: “Throw grenade” at the intersection, “Stealth” to flank left, or “Use Turret” to kill Ceph.

When pods arrive with reinforcements, including Advanced Ceph, select “Stealth” and get to the waypoint behind the drop zone. Hit explosive barrels and use the HMG. Gather Catalyst and grab a fresh HMG at the “Use Turret” option.

Continue on to a skirmish near a fountain. Use C4 or the HMG against the Devastator. Use the entry as a staging area for cover, recharging, or healing. Grab Catalyst.

Enter the decontamination facility and grab the “Car Key” from the small office on the left before entering the tubes. Grab ammo or weapons after passing through the tubes. An L-Tag may be useful.
