Expanding your kingdom

Learn how to expand your kingdom in Crusader Kings III by increasing population and conquering new territories.

As king of Aipoko in Crusader Kings III, your primary objective is to build and expand your kingdom. This involves two main aspects: increasing your total population and expanding your kingdom's territory.

To increase your population, you must order Howser to build houses and other residential buildings. Once these structures are completed, new subjects will automatically appear.

Expanding your kingdom's territory involves dealing with enemies and bosses, referred to as Guardian UMAs (Unique Monster Animals). These bosses typically appear through quests found in the suggestion box. After defeating a Guardian UMA, the area it was guarding will be cleared of enemies, allowing you to construct more buildings on it. Additionally, you can expand your territory by conquering other kingdoms. This is achieved by sending armies into rival kingdoms, defeating their kings, and taking control of their countries, which brings you closer to world domination.
