Hey there! As you're exploring the world in Crusader Kings III, you'll probably notice a bunch of holes scattered around. Don't just walk past them – these are often hiding some seriously valuable loot! Pretty much any of your citizens can dig, but you'll find that your farmers are especially speedy at it. It's a great way to boost your kingdom's coffers!

To get started, just target one of these holes. Then, use the 'charge' command to send a few of your citizens over to start digging. You'll see a health bar above the hole showing their progress. Once they're done, whatever treasure was hidden inside will pop out, ready for you to grab.

Now, keep an eye out because some holes are a bit special. You might notice them getting bigger as your guys dig deeper, and sometimes, enemies will even pop out! These are usually signs that something extra valuable is down there. Don't let those baddies scare you off – just deal with them and keep digging. The effort is usually well worth it!

Here's a cool thing: many of these holes will actually reappear in the same spots after a while. So, once you've dug up a treasure, feel free to revisit the area later for another chance at finding more loot!

You can find all sorts of goodies in these holes. We're talking gold bars (in various sizes like 1kg, 3kg, 5kg, and even some mystery weights) that can be worth anywhere from 100,000 to 1,000,000 Bol. Then there are precious treasures worth a hefty 3,000,000 Bol each, or even more valuable gold treasures that fetch 5,000,000 Bol a pop! You might also uncover art pieces or special treasures that you can equip on your citizens to give them a nice ability boost.
