Alright, so you've landed in USA 6, "Desperate Union." This mission throws you into southeastern Kazakhstan and it's a tough one, rated Hard with a solid 8/10 on the fun scale. You've got two main goals: wipe out the GLA Base to the northeast and take down a Chinese Nuclear Missile and their Command Centre. This is where you'll get introduced to some heavy hitters like the Particle Cannon and the Fuel Air Bomb, so get ready for some serious firepower!

Basically, a rogue Chinese General has teamed up with the GLA in the mountains, and they've got this whole territory locked down. You need to hit them fast. The mission kicks off with your Rangers and Crusaders getting ambushed, but luckily, a Particle Cannon from afar saves the day. It's a long mission, but definitely a blast with all the superweapons you'll be using – think Particle Cannons, Fuel Air Bombs, Col. Burton, and the Tomahawk Missile.

When you first get control, you'll have the survivors from the cutscene, a Dozer, and Col. Burton. Your first priority is building your base. Get a Strategy Center up on that ridge, backed by some Patriots. Then, split your combat units to defend the flanks, and send Col. Burton down to the lower area. Build a couple of Supply Drop Zones and train a Pathfinder for each side of your base – they're crucial for early defense.

Defense is key here. Make sure to secure the lower Supply Zone, the one near where the cutscene ended, and reinforce it with Patriots and a Pathfinder. You'll want to expand your defenses by using Para Drops and building a pair of Tomahawks. These units are great for taking out ground targets from a distance.

Now, to deal with those big Chinese threats. Use your spy satellite to scout out the Chinese Nuclear Missile. Once you've located it, unleash the Fuel Air Bomb, follow up with Air Strikes, and then finish it off with a full squadron of Raptors. After that's handled, assemble your main attack force. When you're ready, push across the bridge. Use your Aircraft or Tomahawks to take out the tower "ring" – this is important because it leads to Jarmen Kell's demise. Once that's down, use your Tomahawks to clear out the rest of the defenses and build more Tanks. Keep advancing into Chinese territory, destroying any defenses you encounter and capturing any structures you can. Then, focus on destroying the southern defenses before moving into the Chinese Base itself. Once you capture the Chinese Base, start building their units to help with your final assault!

The biggest headache for you will be the Chinese Air Field. Their aircraft can really mess with your base, so keep an eye on them. For the "T" intersection, use your Tomahawks to take out the defenses guarding it. When you start engaging the Chinese Base, expect all their units to come at you. If you've got Particle Cannons available, use them to help clear out additional defenses. Finally, push south, ignoring any Demo Traps, and roll over the GLA Base.
