The special building that can produce infinite money for the Chinese is the Internet Centre. Hackers can enter inside and will make money faster then outside. The Centre can also support up to three radars, the first two revealing all Command Centres, the third allowing the player to see what the enemy sees for a short period of time, like the Intelligence Ability. Only one of these can be built at a time.
