Part 9

Play the first game, Rock Paper Scissors, by choosing Paper, then Rock, then Scissors to win.

Talk to the lady in the apple costume to start the Apple Eating game.

To win the Apple Eating game, spend 10 Chips and press the "X" button as fast as possible. Aim to get more than 17 Chips to beat BK.

Head southeast to the next game area. Before playing, go right to find a chest containing 2x Bamboo Fiber.

In the upper right (northeast) of the map, pay 40 Chips to a man who will reveal the trick to winning the Turtle Race.

To win the Turtle Race, talk to the turtles; the one that says "TURTLE!" will win. Each race earns you 20 Chips.

Note: Entering the Prize Area ends this section. You need 120 Chips to get all the prizes.

Enter the Prize Area and speak to the red-headed employee. Examine the prizes: Final Elixir (15 Chips), Genji Shield (20 Chips), Genji Helmet (20 Chips), Orichalcum Dagger (20 Chips), Rising Sun (20 Chips), and Excalibur (25 Chips).

After collecting all prizes, you will realize you have been bamboozled as you no longer have the chips.

Meet Sienna, the "Red Succubus", who is looking to steal more. Your new objective is Festivities (0/3) - Look for things to steal.

Head north to the bar. Talk to the man against the wall, then talk to the bartender and order the same drink multiple times until the bartender goes to restock. Steal the wallet from the counter to get 500a.

Head north and then left, over the bridge, into a park area.

Talk to the man on the bench, then talk to the man to his right and tell him the cafe upstairs is good to eat at, causing him to leave. Steal from the man on the bench to get 25a and the Farnsport House Key.

Use the Farnsport House Key to enter the house with ivy growing on it in the northeast part of the map. A cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) will play.

Head to the northwest house. Mess with the stove and turn the heat up. This will make the resident investigate, allowing you to sneak by and steal a Sacred Water.

Note: You MUST get the Sacred Water as it is used later.

Head to the next area to the north. Follow the alleyway east to be jumped and dragged into a house.

Enjoy the scenes where the men reveal they are familiar with Sienna and want her airship, Himmelskaiser. Sienna claims she doesn't have it and is recruited into their plot to steal from the Palace.

You are forced into a sewer entrance that the gang has mapped out as a way to the Palace.
