Part 10

Your guide to Part 10 of Chained Together: brave the Narslene Sewers, defeat the Kraken boss, and find hidden loot. Get ready for the Palace!

Alright, welcome to Part 10! We're diving headfirst into the Narslene Sewers. Don't worry, Sienna's seen worse, and we'll get through this together.

Objective: Pass through the sewers.

First things first, head to the right. The south path is a dead end. Cross the bridge, take out that easy bat, and then head down the ladder. You'll see a chest to your right. Hop on the nearby board and ride it all the way around to snag the chest containing 4x TIN ORE. Nice!

Now, head back down and take the plank heading southwest. Get off it, fight another bat, and then continue to the right and north. You'll trigger a scene here – a Kraken spitting out Glenn and Kylian?! What a twist! After their little chat and decision to team up, you'll regain control.

Important: Before we move on, make sure to LEVEL UP Glenn and Kylian. I recommend giving them all their skills, though you could skip Oil Slash if you want. Just get them prepped!

Head south from here. You'll need to loop around to get to a higher path, and you'll find a path split. Go SOUTH first to a dead end and grab a chest with 2x MAGIC OVERDRIVE. Head back to the split and go left. You'll face a bat and two Sewerdiver enemies. Remember, you can steal from them, so go ahead and do that!

After the fight, head left and go up to find a chest with 2x ANTIDOTE. Now, take the lower path by going down the ladder and riding the pallet. This will lead you back to a previous area. Dismount and open the chest for 3x COCONUT FIBER.

Head back to where you fought the Sewerdivers and go south to find a Traveling Merchant. You can buy supplies here if you need them. Here's what they've got:

Now, from the merchant, you can go LEFT or RIGHT. Let's go RIGHT first. It's a dead end, but you'll fight two Sewerdivers and find a chest containing the STURDY AKETON armor. Definitely equip this – it's a great upgrade!

Return to the merchant and go LEFT. This path leads to another split going up and left, plus a big fight with THREE Bats and a Sewerdiver. Try using your hit-all attacks here and focus on picking them off one by one.

Once that battle is done, head left to find TWO chests! Open them up for SWEETS and 2x BOMB OVERDRIVE. Not bad at all.

Now, head back and try to go north. You'll get a warning: "There's no turning back for awhile if you continue." This means a boss fight is coming up, so make sure you're stocked on healing items (I recommend at least 10) and then head north when you're ready. More scenes will play as you board a raft to reach the Palace, and that's when the Kraken attacks!
