Part 85

Guide to Part 85 of Chained Together: Defeat the Living Wall boss, find key items like the Opal Amulet and Grimoire Shard, and navigate Marylea.

Continue north after the MEAL scene. You'll see some scenes and then fight an "Amalia Illusion." Use magic attacks with Cres healing; ensure Amalia is leveled and outfitted. After this, you'll control Ba'thraz. Head north, then left for an OPAL AMULET. Continue north to find a chest with MEAL x2. Proceed to the teleporter for scenes of Ba'thraz's past with Re'Orim, leading to a fight with a "Ba'thraz Illusion." Use three light claymores followed by a summon attack. Afterward, the main party will have scenes and then fight the wall separating them.

BOSS ENCOUNTER: LIVING WALL

The Living Wall is weak to water and strong to light attacks. Lenne can be effective. You can steal a PLATINUM NUGGET from it. The wall attacks the left or right two party members with "Right Swing" and "Left Swing," dealing 50-60 damage. It also uses "Shining Eye" to buff its defense and blind all party members, which is a good time to heal or buff. Later, it uses "Cross Slash" to hit the entire party. Physical defense buffs or Egyl's Ultra are useful. Keep the overdrive gauge in the middle with varied attacks. Upon defeat, you receive a GRIMOIRE SHARD.

After the boss fight, enjoy scenes as the party reunites with Amalia and Ba'thraz, and Whyatt joins. You'll then proceed to the church capital and a new area, Marylea.

In Marylea, the Grimoire is missing, likely taken by Kylian. The new objective is to find Lenne.
